Highlights in Human-Animal Relationships: University of Vienna Lecture Series

Within this lecture series International experts from the fields of biology, psychology and human science will give insight into the current state of knowledge regarding human-animal relationships. 

Two lectures per semester are planned. 

There will be an overview of different anthrozoological research areas offered, which will facilitate understanding, specifically examining why it is necessary to regard humans and their relationship with animals in systemic units. 

The series starts on June, 12th, 2013, with the topic “Bonding between humans and animals: the basis for a happy life”.

Further dates will follow in winter term 2012/2013.
